Accordingly, the training was composed of two parts: (1) character development through the landmark forum education, and (2) USANA’s business framework through introduction to network marketing and proper supplementation. The first part was delivered by licensed introduction leader Joanne Loise G. Tobias from the Landmark Forum Education. Tobias’ lecture focuses on proper mind setting, which aims to guide a person on how to think positively. It also tackles how one should feel and behave during stressful situation.

The second part of the lecture was given by Ramon P. Tongco, Jr and Michael C. Maguigad from XTRM team 1-11. The lecture was mainly to get the participants understand how USANA works, how it operates its business and how a PLHWA can take advantage of the business opportunity. But more than the business component, this part stresses the need for proper supplementation especially that it helps the body fights and lessens the oxidation process.

The seminar/orientation event helped the participants learned a thing or two especially on how to set their minds rationally rather than judging a scene or an event based on subjective interpretations. They enjoyed and learned so much from the activity that they are willing to attend the succeeding trainings.
